These are basic pay levels from the 7th CPC pay matrix, as listed for each service in Appendix II of the CSE Rules 2026 (Gazette of India, 04 February 2026). Dearness Allowance and other allowances are paid on top, as per government orders. Take-home pay depends on your posting and allowances, so it is not shown here. All recruits first serve a probation period (usually two years) with training.
