Cut-offs change every year with difficulty and vacancies — treat last year's as a guide, not a promise. Official IBPS notice of 29 September 2026. Total cut-offs are out of 100 and are equated scores, not raw marks. Minimum marks in each test - General/EWS: English 10.00 (of 30), Quantitative Aptitude 6.50 (of 30), Reasoning 12.50 (of 40). SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD: English 7.00, Quantitative Aptitude 4.00, Reasoning 7.75.
IBPS gives the total marks for each test (English 30, Quantitative Aptitude 30, Reasoning 40). For each wrong answer it cuts one-fourth of that question's marks. Blank answers score 0. IBPS does not list marks for each question, so the marks here are averages (test marks divided by number of questions). Real scores are also equated across exam sessions, so your official score may differ slightly.
