Congress-led opposition to file impeachment notice against CEC Gyanesh Kumar

Opposition parties, led by Congress, plan to submit an impeachment motion notice against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar in both Houses of Parliament within two weeks. The CEC can be removed only by a Presidential order on the basis of an address by both Houses of Parliament.
